It's a great place to start your career, specially being an agency that is based in Goa. They have a decent number of clients that you can learn a lot from.

Dislikes

The company is very rigid and doesn't really follow agency culture. Not sure if they are even one! Sometimes it is an agency, sometimes it is a formal organization. Learning is really not that great and growth is stagnant, bad leadership which hampers growth. Repurposing ideas is a thing here.

The office is based on Goa.

Dislikes

The management is clueless of what they are doing. Some random ex-marketing guys taking calls in each and every department which they don't know anything about. A blacklisted company from almost all great Institutes in India.

I worked with them as a Senior Copywriter along with two more copywriters. It was their biggest copy team to date. This is by far the safest Advertising Company to work with in Goa. They aren't an Agency and I am glad they don't act like one. They start early and leave early. For those who are from Ad Agency work culture, this isn'ta place for you. The setup is great and they believe that your personal life is important as well. The talent is underutilized but has great potential. The services provided by the company are also great. Their deduction skills, reasoning and paranoia. They keep on preparing for the worst all the time, even when things are going well for them.
