Worst company ever!! To much deductions in salary... No Benefits nothing. They will mention free meals in JD but they will deduct 1200 from your and and deposit into sodexo, They will deduct Epfo Employee and Employer share from your salary only...!! No Health insurance to employees nothing..?!! No job security.!! For 2.5lpa in every organization you will get 18k+ but in this fu****g organization you will get only 13.8k ....!!! It's a good place to work as the managers respond to the issues ASAP.

The pay is not satisfactory. No hike even after an year. They show that they're giving us sodexo credits, instead they're deducting our own money from salary and giving it as sodexo credits. Some of the TLs really don't respond to the issues which we face, we need to keep on bugging them all the time. No health insurance provided. Usually, if your joining as a fresher, your package will be 2.5 Pa, but you'll be paid only 13.5k Pm, where as you need to get paid around 17-18k after cuttings....Read More

Process wise good, trainers are good, can be A good platform for freshers. Not at all good from experienced candidates.

Managers will definately manage their team to make sure they work at any cost, team leaders will won't support the team member. No team lead will take care of the tema member health, at any situation they won't compromise on work. Additionally, promotions are never prompt. 1 situation I would like to mention here is Few of us were promoted to a premium que through a official IJP The y made us work to clear the backlog which were created by the wave 1, and later the client took back the premium que which we use to called WPD, for 6 months we all loved to p1 que which we already worked there and promoted and the teamlead, a manager and a site manager don't know about the project for 6 months. After 6 months we understood the reality that the management don't want to let us know that the client don't want to start this and we felt bad about the cheating and cheap dramas were made by the management and we left the organisation.
