only due to team spirit of employees whom I interviewed and selected and carrier built made me to stay till today in the said company

No De centralized decision making in day to affairs, no proper planning in execution of works, funding/disbursement structure is very poor. No proper head as a team leader to develop.

Being the Head of the Accounts department, taking care of day to day completion of the business transactions entries in books of accounts of the company. Taking care of employees settlement issues and handling bank liasion works and correspondences

I Happy to work with this company,because i get learning opportunity from site.once in a week we monitor site two times.Each and every time we get appreciation&incentives based on finished projects.This company is one of the tool to improve my knowledge and skills.
