Its really good experience during this lockdow period. They provided us sysyem at our place ,provided router also. And now they are also providing office chairs if anyone need.

As I am Working in Sutherland company the best thing is work from home job I really love it and it very helpful to balance home and work.

We have every month metrics due to some Criteria some not able to meet metrics so without any intimation we got PIPs which is not good for performance so many they terminated bcz of PIP

Work culture is good along with the infrastructure and the facilities the company provide.

Nothing is permanent. You may get promoted one day and taken back the other day . There is a lot of favourism.

Although I've only just begun my time with Company and have been working remotely, I'm excited to learn more about the company culture and benefits as I continue in my role.

While I enjoyed my experience in company, I felt that opportunities were often reserved for existing staff, rather than being awarded based on merit. I hope to see a more inclusive approach to career development in the future.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

Dislikes

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)

I have concerns regarding the company's Salary structure and work distribution. The compensation does not align with the market standards. Highly capable employees are given additional responsibilities without appropriate compensation, while less efficient employees receive higher pay for less work. This creates an imbalance and places undue pressure on diligent employees.
