Nothing it’s the worst company I have worked with no work life balance at all. Not at all employee centric.

Dislikes

The management , the policy and the rules. Once you step in to the office you will not have any personal life for those 9 hours.

The company don't provide holiday on Indian festivals. I dislike working on Indian festivals. As the company is based in the US and they are working under US client they follow US Calendar rules and regulations.
