1. Senior Leaders over and above Sr. Director are awesome personalities and are true leaders. Spefically people Like Anil Neerengil, SatyaSivakiran M, VVS Prasad, Swarup Chillkumur & shilpa Vijay K have been my inspirations and they are awesome people to work with. 2. Allows freedom in style of work 3. Leaders encourage and recognize real talent

Dislikes

1. Very weak mid level management 2. Team Lead and associate personal relationships impact work allocation uniformity 3. Very less salary when compared with the market 4. Not one leader i was able to find in the current Mid Level Mangement untill Senior Manager
