Rather than a review it should have been an FIR would be more appropriate, first the job security: It was 0 , as there was no option to give 0 stars I was forced to give 1 , the reason it is 0 is because they remove people out of the organization, out of the blue, the reason is they said OVERSTAFFED, secondly the job satisfaction which was nothing at all as it was so subtle I could not even feel it, no incentives whatsoever, if a person is eligible to get the incentives or any voucher they would simply take almost 3 months plus to just give us our own money, later on going to career growth is only that you are going to act as a person that has got the designation or a post, for example you've been promoted but in reality they will again drop you out from that position saying that it is overstaffed. Here it goes , I would love to tell all that this organization is a fibber organization as it will not stand on it's own words, they are yet allegedly paying you good, now also to let y'all know that they job securityis soooo high that it's fallen to the ground.
