Manager giving to much of pressure and there are targeting the person to make them relieving tha job not all managers some of theme like that . If the person is favour to them they always support them even though they made a mistake

Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

Performance ratings will be provides as per employees performance for overal financial year. Says that appraisal will be based on that rating but i never seen a transparent appraisal process means how much amount is going to increase for the particular rating.

1. Too much internal politics. 2. Promotions not based on the performance, most of the company managers doing their job in a wrong way. They are doing the power in a wrong way. 3. I have faced this problem, without any notice, in the end of the month they approved my resignation without notice period. They are doing with terminationin the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)
