Cafeteria is good but the shopkeeper is very rude to all employees which is annoying , unclean restrooms , sometimes cab issues .

Performance ratings will be provides as per employees performance for overal financial year. Says that appraisal will be based on that rating but i never seen a transparent appraisal process means how much amount is going to increase for the particular rating.

1. Too much internal politics. 2. Promotions not based on the performance, most of the company managers doing their job in a wrong way. They are doing the power in a wrong way. 3. I have faced this problem, without any notice, in the end of the month they approved my resignation without notice period. They are doing with terminationin the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Worst moment for my life they just discrimination with North people and their management worst manegement. There is no work culture and no ethics no respect especially in BST Mandarin and chat processes management.

Company is not good during the fnf and they do not care about the employees once they leave the company and moreover they do not provide the reliving documents to the employees so they can join any other company and they will not give in written the last working day.

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Need more increment in salary because food and other personal things would help the employee very much as a small change leads to big help in future

As I am Working in Sutherland company the best thing is work from home job I really love it and it very helpful to balance home and work.

We have every month metrics due to some Criteria some not able to meet metrics so without any intimation we got PIPs which is not good for performance so many they terminated bcz of PIP

Work culture is good along with the infrastructure and the facilities the company provide.

Nothing is permanent. You may get promoted one day and taken back the other day . There is a lot of favourism.

This was the first company I worked, great team and excellent management. Whatever I am today, they have built and molded me.
