I worked at Stefanini as a Senior Software Engineer(Middleware/Adtalem) . I joined this org on 27th of March 2024 & last working day was 8th of oct 2024 why so soon??? Let me brief so far situation & story behind this(all points only for middleware /Apps):- Unfortunately my experience there was far from positive. The team leadershiplacked technical expertise & had no understanding of business operation instead of foresting collaboration , the focus seemed to be on internal politics. The management culture was toxic & key leadership position particularly in middleware , were held by individuals with little to no relevant skills. The team lead particular, had poor technical knowledge & was more focused on playing politics than supporting the team he only supported the employee who is favourite because of that he can save his job. The manager seemed interested in protecting certain employees rather than encouraging growth & productivity across the board. While my journey he never asked what is the reason , he only escalated me. This political culture was a major factor in my decision to leave the company . I would never recommend this company to others based on my experience. BOTTOM LINE:- Company is good but management is Worse. TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT:- I strongly encourage you to review the feedback of all employees on monthly basis rather than relying solely on inputs from manager & no skilled Team lead 😂 . Because of this Many hard working employees resigned back to back .Many hardworking employees have seen their careers due to this approach & it needs to be addressed. 1. Pathetic work culture 2. Hire and fire 3. Illiterate interviewers 4. Illiterate HR TA Head 5. Really bad politics, they will either fire you or force you to resign 6. Even if its your last choice, never join such pathetic company. Work environment sucks. 7. Long working hours almost 14-16 hours a day 8. Seniors even abuse and use bad language 9. This is not just one case, overall all the senior staff working there is pathetic 10. Be jobless but never join such cheap company 11. On Time Salary Sometimes let you work remotely due to some reasons. Let you work for any client.

Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance. Blame will be put on recruiters not managers or higher managers. Management keep changing the policies but nothing work out so at the end they put Recruiter under PIP and fire them....Read More

The only reason for being in Stefanini is that due to job market is not good and obviously if you have financial dependency.

There is so much to say about this company. No proper policy for all employees. They are saving on paper plates ,cups and tissues ,running on employees saved money Managers know how the work or tasks can be done from an employees ,when comes to hike or asking for leaves they turn there back and will not respond to you. Nothing……no job security….politics….if you go to complain, people up to the management level are involved and severe mental harassment take place…..no one will help even HRs…..they will hire you on your technology but they will give you different technology. They mental harass girls too…taking a job here is a biggest mistake of my life.there is no good projects.

Toxic culture, management falls for showoff, bootlickers, parties and gifts, everything is cost cutting shift allowances to transport glasses to tissues, don't expect anything apart from salary which is full of twists and modified to save cost to company, useless HR still Sir culture is there, unless I don't have any other option I won't choose this company and only for Noida.
