No employee benefits such as cab, health insurance, there is no health policy for senior citizens, strict work from office policy, no technical growth and trainings Most of the projects are scrubbed here every thing is bits and pieces And the AVP (Sandy) is very rude when it comes to any escalation he is not a leader who can encourage and lead team he his a business minded and likes the revenue model, we all know with out business and revenue there is no employment but it should come with ethics and friendly policy of employees Strict 90 days notice period policy by HR even your manager approved for early release of 2 or 4 days you need to pay for that and F and F takes 30-40 days last working month you won't get salary even you worked for more than 25-29 days...Read More

Salary on time. Before Sandy took over, it was a good company to work with.

1. It has turned as a Lala company. 2. Sandy (AVP) thinks himself God. Always use harsh words. During heated discussion he uses slang language. Always threat to terminate. 3. Indian management head Ankit is filling senior management position by his known people from previous organization by forcing old resources to resign or terminate. 4. No job security. Ticket hygiene like silly mistake also can cause job loss. 5. Removal of senior management all of a sudden keeping all in dark. 6. Increment and Promotion is based on personal relation with manager. 7. Pre-sales team is a big failure. no new project since last 2-3 years and that putting undue pressure on managers and architect to bring new projects from existing accounts. 8. please listen to HR's Negotiation terms as you might be fooled with the nice sweet words. There are multiple projects on which you will slog overnight. The roles will be based in US time. If you want good sleep, don't take up job in this company.
