Location is nearby metro. If you are living in Ghaziabad/Indirapuram, easily accessible.

1. Long working hours 2. Leaders like Anupam in TA team who joined from Call center background leading a team. You can imagine the illiteracy he brings with his experience. 3. Employees are treated as labourers. 4. Only reason behind leaving the job is Leaders like Anupam Jain. Pathetic work culture he has set in the team.

Dislikes

Work life in Stefanini is pathetic. If you are joining Stefanini than you have to forget about growth until unless you are not a pet of manager and ready to live a life of labour. They promised their performer's to give growth and after that they behave badly so they can leave the company.

On Time Salary Sometimes let you work remotely due to some reasons. Let you work for any client.

Dislikes

Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance. Blame will be put on recruiters not managers or higher managers. Management keep changing the policies but nothing work out so at the end they put Recruiter under PIP and fire them....Read More
