No scope of improvisation and growth here....overall good environment to work ...very poor pay and appreciation when compared to work presssure....flexible to work...no such learning environment,grooming and development at all!!!! Work culture is good though....overall suggest to join but not to hope for any development and growth in terms of responsibilities and pay.

Payscale, work pressure, no HR policies implemneted and followed at all......limited leave balance...not organised.
