1st of all its a s*it hole 2.nd while interviews they don't let you know it's a target based untill the OJT period and you'll have to work for extra hours even when there's no fault from our end 3.The TL and SME are quite supportive and at the same time they eat brains. 4.The campus is filled with unclean things 5.Dont even talk bout hygiene 6.its really hard for me to write down the rest .Will Never find work worst then it ....Read More

It was my first job. I went there with lot of expectaions and excitement. I've got very good atmosphere and very good trainer and good facilities and good safety in transportation. And a reasonable salary for everyone. But apart from that everything was fine. Because of my family issues I came back to my hometown. Over all it was good experience.

Dislikes

Only problem we faced while work was a multiple parameters and some of the parameters are very difficult to keep up. Most of the executives are falied to keep that. Especially duration of the call and second one is transferring every call and getting 10.

Work Details

I worked ad customer care executive and i worked in 3pm 6am shift mainly. I'll take around 170 to 180 call per day. I maintained well my daily parameters. And i got good incentive for that.
