I have worked with aegis in 2007 and in 2020, my tl and manager was too good for me always. But they do not promote people who deserve it, I am talking about the Kolkata aegis, don't know about other centers.

Day shift process. People are very helpful colleagues , manager and quality.

Dislikes

I used to get single Week off after on an average 8 - 12days after which I really disliked. Apart from everything 9 hrs shift 6 days of working this rule should be changed either 7 hrs shift or else two days off. Salary is too low.

Work Details

Very hectic no predictions no breaks. On top of that leaders shout on you to resolve the issues maintaining AHT is tedious.
