It's good to be working with Standard Chartered Bank with WFH. Work is there but there is shift allowance for day and night, plus cabs. India Trade is bad. Best are US and UK shift process.

Need to improve flexibility for outstation candidates.

The appraisal system and company culture has detoriated in last 1.5 years after the new Talent Acquisition and HR team has been placed. Lot of biasness around the teams, and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. Nothing. I have spend 8 yrs in cards department deferent segment in standard chartered. But nothing to get growth. I have joined which band still is same.. Any other organization is automatically increase.

So many people recruit in higher level from axis, icici, hdfc... This banks are is in mass marketing... Not on segment marketing... Unethical pressure build.. And things are there banks close his own products from third party... I will tell you this bank going on city bank way... Within 3 to 4 yrs sell his all segment to other bank

Job movement is terrible. They do IJP just to make us feel they have taken interview & we have failed to clear. When you know you have met their expectations still they have pre picked someone whom they want. Hike also they give more to whom they like performance based hike is very less
