- good work life balance - chilled out and helpful colleagues - 1 or 2 days in office and rest wfh - good growth in the front office trading teams - free cab and no strict login time policy

- hikes are low and in general pay is low compared to industry average - no free food or coupons - colleagues not smart enough in most teams - tech stack is not the best although its improving at a rapid pace - too many security protocols and processes which sometimes hamper productivity

The appraisal system and company culture has detoriated in last 1.5 years after the new Talent Acquisition and HR team has been placed. Lot of biasness around the teams, and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. Canteen is worst They are underpaying most of old employess with a margin of 30-40% Office politics is too much, ones who works gets more work.
