The work environment was extremely toxic. Reporting managers frequently shouted at junior staff, creating an atmosphere of fear. No structured training or onboarding was provided, and I often felt unsupported and isolated. A few colleagues further contributed to the hostility. Nothing evening on holiday you have to work and when you are on leave still you will think abt what new challenge you have to face tomorrow after going to office.

Nothing if you are planning to work in team of vikram merani ahmedabad team then don't go in his team. He will give you mental haresh meant. There is no support from his side he will force you to disburse case with out proper documentation, and when client will rush at you he will blame everything on you. Even when you exit from company he will create trouble by not submitting exit pack timely.

I love the earlier culture where the business was harmonious and less invasive. When I joined I was excited to work in a MNC however within a year it changed and it started to become like any other private banks. Employee centricity was good in 2017 but since 2018 it has gone for a toss. You could find good leader who guide you in the initial stages and bring you up to speed. However if your manager is a crook who is only interested in the other gender then prefferencial treatment kicks in and you need to see other options out. The best thing about working here is the health insurance from SCB for employees is good unlimited coverage just submit the bills....Read More

Managing Multiple location that to it has to be a mode as per boss. Costing is an issue. Forget comfort in travelling they will ask you to leave your home take up pg in different locations and stay there for days at your own expense. Beggar job. Pathatic
