Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.

Dislikes

Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. Lack of support from seniors and blame game when things go wrong. Internal politics has reached to the levels of toxicity. Some innocent employees are even victims of vendetta politics.

It is an overall good bank to work at. The people culture, diversity and inclusion, skills upgrade and other ad hoc facilities are great. It has a low risk appetite that makes the processes complex but the management is open to improvisation and encourages employees to share their best ideas.

Bank needs a better risk appetite to improvise it's processes.
