The dislikes starts when you are in DCDA which is analytics domain which supports business with analytical solution. As there are certain group of people coming from different banks and on referrals, who are creating negative environment for those who came without any references. And the work process is slow as groups leaders are incapable of creating proper timeline and delivery.

Politics in promotion All are in hurry , not prioritising which creates unnecessary stress which can be completely avoidable. Internal mobility is not possible if you don’t have connections, it seems appropriate talent is not considered. Management should look into this.
