Salary is very low according to industry standards. Work culture is pretty boring that it feels like school. Work politics. No proper promotions. Minimum of 3 years for a promotion. No hike. max of 5%. some even gets 0.

Biased Management. Unnecessary Digitization of all process. Poor Skill development programmes. Poor Hikes in compensation. Tamil influence. Too early pickup of Transport. Weekend Support.
