I got a job
I received an offer letter from standard chartered.
Which is a great step for me to start as an investment banker. However i don't know the pathway. I wanna reach the top level in investment banking.
Any suggestions on that, and what are the key points i should remember while learning.
And lastly my ctc is 3.4 LPA
What can I do to make it 9 LPA in next 3 years

Starting at 3.4 LPA in investment banking is low and reaching 9 LPA in 3 years might be tough
