But technically, most of the projects using old technology. So learning chances will be quite less. You may stuck will single project for years. Hence your growth stops here. Being having the old crowd in sopra, politics is also very high. You should be smart enough to handle the game. No WFH policy for pregnant womens, injured people this strictness also provoking employees to look outside.

Very toxic work culture due to some managers as they will not release you and threat you to go to HR. Force you to work from office and on inhouse tools only.

Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.
