I joined as a Sr software engineer. Before joining I informed that I don't have knowledge in cics. They said we will train you. But they didn't give training. They give recording sessions. Training and work completely different. If I ask any questions to anyone. They will inform to reporting manager. One guy he is my senior, I asked one doubt to him. He said that "what ever u want to do you do." And don't disturb me. This what they behave with new people. And he asked me half an hour status also. No body can ask like this. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
