I joined as a Sr software engineer. Before joining I informed that I don't have knowledge in cics. They said we will train you. But they didn't give training. They give recording sessions. Training and work completely different. If I ask any questions to anyone. They will inform to reporting manager. One guy he is my senior, I asked one doubt to him.
