I joined as a Sr software engineer. Before joining I informed that I don't have knowledge in cics. They said we will train you. But they didn't give training. They give recording sessions. Training and work completely different. If I ask any questions to anyone. They will inform to reporting manager. One guy he is my senior, I asked one doubt to him. He said that "what ever u want to do you do." And don't disturb me. This what they behave with new people. And he asked me half an hour status also. No body can ask like this.
