Very Very 100000 times bad Management. Very bad politics. They already suffered with their product. Product are not in demand and not even stable 30%. They are not able to impress the clients and are loosing. Not financial stable company. Most important there is no JOB security. They are raising too many PIP unnecessary ( Experienced and Fresher ) to make them out of the company. Have already fired more than 100 employees in past 4 months through the process of PIP. Bad culture and behavior of the AM, Managers, and Senior Management. HR peoples are very bad and did not give respect to employees. It's an employee friendly company with good recognition to employees

Strict WOrk from office even if you are not well. They support till a point but no deviation after that point even if you have genuine health issue and not able to come. No sick leaves, so if health challenges faced, you have to leave without pay. If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards
