🚨 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀: 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 SolutionGraph 🚨 I’m sharing my story as a remote HR intern at Solutions Graph, hoping it will help others make informed decisions. I joined the company on February 9th, 2024. And i got this internship from internshala. 𝗠𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀��𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀: My daily task was to contact 25 candidates provided by the company and convince at least 6 to complete the first round of aptitude test. The aptitude test involved finding grammatical errors in skywingcargopackers.in website. Despite some red flags about the company’s legitimacy, I continued working as I was receiving my stipend. 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: - I consistently met the requirement of 6 recordings per day. - Despite this, my stipend was always delayed, and I had to constantly remind the management. - After my internship ended on May 16th, I was promised payment and certificates by June 15th. 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: - On June 15th, I was asked to submit a consolidated work report, a request made 1 month after my internship ended. - After submitting the report, I was told I had a backlog of 145 recordings based on an arbitrary 7 recordings/day rule. - This was never communicated during my internship, and I was unfairly asked to clear this backlog to receive my stipend and certificate. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: The management’s tactics and lack of transparency suggest a pattern of deceit and exploitation. After much frustration, I decided not to claim my stipend but requested my certificate. The response was conditional, asking me to write a false statement about my performance. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀: - Thoroughly research companies before joining. - Keep detailed records of all your work and communications. - Don’t hesitate to seek legal advice if you face similar issues. There is a lot burden given to the intern for calling the candidates for hiring. And so low stipend. These types of internship should be removed from all the social job apps for recruiting interns. The candidate will not be willing to do the task. It's really really dissapointing.

Worst company ever.Please students don't gl for any internship here.Firstly they will give you 50 irrelevant people who are not even interested in the job profile and then later they will tell you that you are not doing the tasks properly or doing it upto the mark.And later they won't even pay you.Please don't go for any internship here.

My working experience is very bad here. This company only doing bulshit things. I waste my whole time there. I worked here as a Human Resource intern. They told me to give stipend but didn't provided me, only ignoring me. Stipend is the only way to attract intern but in reality they are not provided. And I also want to give one suggestion to the customers, please don't give any aptitude test. It's just a way to make you fool guys.
