The management at this company lacks transparency and fairness. Micro-management is excessive, and growth opportunities are nearly nonexistent. Despite hard work, salary hikes are minimal (3-4%), and promotions seem to be based on personal connections rather than merit. Instances of favoritism are evident—certain individuals have been promoted rapidly due to their ties with leadership, bypassing experienced and deserving employees. Lakshmi was promoted from Agent to Senior Manager by our great VP Arjun Somanchi. Another example is Srivalli Kuchimanchi, who was made a QA, and her husband, Bhagavanulu, was hired as a Senior Implementation—all thanks to their connection with VP Arjun Somanchi. It is clear that promotions here are given based on personal relations rather than performance. Management hypocrisy is at its peak. The manager, Sudheer, takes at least 4-5 breaks a day, often taking the team leads with him, yet he constantly monitors agents' breaks. He frequently leaves early—sometimes 30 minutes to an hour before his shift ends, and on some days, he arrives at 11 AM and leaves by 3-4 PM, as if this company belongs to his father. Despite this, he is quick to cut agents' breaks, dinner/snack time, and even holidays, all while talking about "production." Vamshi and Sudheer frequently take leaves, citing family health issues or even deaths almost every month. However, when an agent requests leave—even in cases of severe illness—management becomes extremely strict. They expect employees to take medicine and report to work, regardless of their condition. Many of us have worked for 3-4 hours while feeling unwell, only to be forced to later mark Sick Leave (SL), losing attendance benefits. Arjun Yellapragada is extremely rude and lacks basic empathy. We are human, and at times, we may feel tired or sleepy, but if anyone dozes off for even a second, he will overreact and create a scene. Meanwhile, Sudheer himself sleeps in his cabin almost daily, yet he expects agents to be alert at all times. With no career growth, negligible salary increments, biased promotions, and an extremely toxic work culture, this has been one of the worst workplaces to be in. Their is nothing to like over this place.

Dislikes

Everything starting from washroom they have Only one washroom, You have to make your own tea or coffee in your personal break. Both team Lead doesn't know to speak English and now they run this US call center for smart Locks, so funny!
