The infrastructure of the company is to good. The company provides a lot of compelling opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

While I was working in Sitel, everyone in my team supported each other all the time with their best. But the Learning Manager and all the Operations Managers made things worse for us on purpose. SO we had o work life balance, no work satisfaction and absolutely no job security.

Work Details

Even if we extend our working ours everyday, the Learning Manager and all the Operations Managers will make sure all our efforts go in vein. So life in Sitel was awkward.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
