EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Everything. Women security is a joke here. Sick leave is a total mess, you need medical record to prove n take leave, even then they minus if from comp off or CL. If SL is taken without medical record it is unplanned absence. I have my 12 days of SL intact while it is almost year end. They think all possible ways to decline your PL or CL. Complaints are waste of time, those who complain gets terminated or changed to different team but the person on whom complaint was made stays happy n secured. I am giving stars only because company was too good while I joined but not anymore. Incentive stopped. No proper hike,some changes are made to payslip details n they say it's hike. This is made in such way that even after years I didn't get medical insurance and am still in esi level. Toxic work place, your efforts are not enough, profit matters more sales even if cx has technical issue. They try hard not to get you promotion. JUST don't join here. You have to purely bend to higher authority, so you will get Saturday and Sunday off. Others don't get these and always get offs on weekdays only when there is no to less work. Worst IT Services, worst Admin Services. No space in office to sit and work. Newly joined employees are targeted badly and only feedback are given. Management doesn't have ears to hear problem of newly joined employees, instead they are told that old employees are gift. By saying this Management silences the voice of newly joined employees and tells that they are highly partial and in favor of old employees and they are not concerned with what happens with newly joined employees. This also tells that how management is not concerned about flaws in process. It becomes easy for old employees to hide the things. Also close the doors for better change in future.
