Some supervisors(especially women themselves) treat women very poorly and sometimes a little too much(as Jim once said Bu++ licker) in the workplace.

They pay decent, provide you with equipment and the pay is never late. You get to stay at home and work, they have benefits.
Dislikes
Management is non existent when you have problems, they take hours away based on performance, but never tell you this until they do it. They will discriminate against certain people when they do decide to give you the full hours you signed a contract for, no explanation. You are never treated fairly so dont ever expect it.
