Simplia is simply good for nothing thanks to that old man PhD Gopi. He uses abusive words in every statement he’s inappropriate language on all his team calls

Lavish paryani that so called HR leader is a yes sir to the CEO Gopi who claims to have developed millions of things like his so called great achievements that’s what all the others like Shreeja sanobar - follow. They hire 10 people and fire 30. Once there was an entire batch of 5 sales people who resigned on the same day the were hired thanks to lavish and Gopi

Working culture sucks with no learning. Woman named chayya is verbally abusive calls everyone ch..tia, bc, mc on face. Bosses like arpit and anmol make fake sales and forces people to work with the client. I'll not suggest working here.

There’s nothing to like, this company is fraud!

Dislikes

Scammers! They have straight hire & fire policy. Where they will hire you with your desired package, make you work for them for 9 hours, sometimes more than that, they will even ask you to be active on weekends, using your own laptop, wifi and everything and then at the end of the month they will find a reason to fire you without any pay.
