I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Nothing is good in this company no salary benefits, No paid leaves sick leave’s nothing No comp off No appraisals no bonus nothing is there in company also there is very much communication gap between HR and employee also the salary cycle is not good you will receive salary 10th of every month and if there is an public holiday or Sunday it will get delayed.. i will not recommend to join this company...Read More
