Its not an employee centric. Higher management and HR dont care if you want to leave the organization. Very very stringent rules. No leaders to drive the organization.

When I joined as a fresher, their pay was decent and that was the only thing I liked about the company

Men are free to work late night till they wish to but for women they dont allow staying more than 7PM....I just who is making this kind of policy and if they care so much about women then why dont they start a cab service.. management itself is living in 20th century
