My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. Men are free to work late night till they wish to but for women they dont allow staying more than 7PM....I just who is making this kind of policy and if they care so much about women then why dont they start a cab service.. management itself is living in 20th century
