Worst company to work for , I joined samsung sds as an Developer intern . The HR department is worst and disgusting. They don't value their employees. HR has really bossy attitude. The whole HR department of Samsung SDS gurugram should be fired. They HR openly says we are loss making and we don't have money to hire people. Course ofactions :- -> They took literally 3 months in their selection process, they randomly cancelled a number of interviews, they selected a few people and 4 days before joining they gave them firing email, I was lucky sorry unlucky one who got selected in this shit company and joined it. -> There is a samsung sds internal software test the lazy employees said they will have these tests every saturday's for 3 months and they took just 2 tests after that discontinued them without any prior notice. -> They said in the offer letter and initial mails that the internship will be offline and a number of came to gurugram spent their money took PG's and a few hours before orientation they said the whole internship is virtual -> There was absolutely zero learning in the whole internship program, except their stupid HR's no person never interacted with us and we were not given any task or work ( Worst company for someone who want to learn things since this company has no work ). -> The salary is never on time no perks working here , no goodies. For literally every single thing you have to beg in front of HR. -> Now coming to full time conversion , they people who will clear the test will get the full time offer during orientation and guess what the HR cheated again and owing to less business ( since they don't have any project ) they took another interview and randomly rejected the ones who cleared the test , they have defered the joining of people who were selected. -> Out of 150 interns - 70 cleared the test all should have got full time but they randomly rejected 45 people and rest people were either not able to clear the test or were not able to attend the two tests they took. This company will make you cry . Please if you are a fresher don't join they don't value employees, they don't value your years of hardwork . You will regret every single day joining this shit company , there is absolutely no learning here. And Samsung SDS is not at all samsung , its worst than a small startup , just a shit company....Read More
