1- Management is worst they dont have any sense how to treat their own employees. 2- Work enviorment is too poor, they dont have any activity for team building. Its just they shout on people in front of juniors without even thinking what juniors are getting out of it. 3- Too much process, for everything there is unecessary processattached to it which is actually not required. 4- Unmanaged production releases, they should handle this otherwise company will soon see people will be moving out of sds soon. 5- Office timing, they have strict office timing which have to be followed otherwise if management want HR will contact you and shout on you for this. If you have finished your work early you cant go to home as you have to complete 9 hrs in office. 6- Policy, they have different policies for each level like few people have to come 1 day and few have to come 3 days or 2 days or even 5 days. This is completely based on seniority and juniority in this company. HR will make only those policies by taking feedback from management only but idealy they should trigger email to whole orgainization then make the policy based on feedback....Read More
