The pay is great and the management has great knowledge about the marketplaces and the platforms that they are working with.

Dislikes

There is no knowledge transfer which would lead to management not being satisfied with your job performance ultimately leading to a termination. So, the job security is very poor. Even though on the JD, the timings would seem doable, but in reality, you'd end up logging out at 4-5 AM which would completely disrupt your work life balance.
