Inclusivity is a joke at Gyproc India. Women are treated inferior especially by the new MD. Appraisal is biased. HR at Gyproc India stands for Hopeless Relationship. No system to assess satisfaction or take employee feedback. Definitely not a culture where anyone insane would want to continue for long. No parking facility,no canteenfood, no respect for women!
