Likes: —no one here knows how to treat people. It’s a nightmare.
Promotions are a distant dream. If you’re not part of the clique, good luck getting recognized. The pay is below market standards too. Dislikes: The organization lacks direction. It feels like we’re all just trying to keep our heads above water with no clear goals.
They don't respect personal time. Expect to work weekends with no extra compensation.
