You are on your own. No help from seniors. Too much pressure to deliver in less time without any support and contribute to the metrics. No proper clarity in JD and expectations. Get battered by Engineering lead, Ops team, and manager for any product issue. Support is expected on all days from morning till night for production related issues. Legacy code and legacy product which is working on different hacks so lots of production issues are handled by tech team. PM has to literally beg to get the production issues resolved at the earliest as the on ground ops team puts pressure and escalates to management....Read More
