Good and friendly environment, Founders Anckur and Ishan are very supportive and helpful, more like mentors and friends. Dedicated and Young team with seasoned staff and employees. There is nothing to like about this company. They are just doing fraud this employee.

Dislikes

Worst company ever I seen in my whole life. Job security means 30 min. That it , they can fire you any time in off season. Recently they fired 43 employees from company to said them. We are in lost even he didn’t provide them that month salary.

Saturdays off but then its all upto founders. Health insurance

The biggest is no job security If you are planning to resign better to leave after taking your salary. No direction of work. Its a placed made of confused people who themselves don't know what to do. Founders have too much ego to listen to anything logical. They say 25% part of salary of performance based but in reality there is no parameter of calculating performance. People sitting on top management are very immature so no matter how hard or good you work you do, you will always remain a non performer if you don't please them. Definitely not a place for women. If you notice except for 3-4 people all of their previous employees have either resigned of were being fired including one of the founders....Read More

Just free evening snacks on some odd days and parties full of alcohol.

Its a never ending List. Its REEVOY and REEVOOY...both are same companies. No job security and even if you are a great performer you can be fired. If you are a woman you have to please founders. The company changes its strategy everyday. So its hard for anyone to work there. Till now no tech, no sourcing platform as they claim. Worst is founders take everything personally. So even if you ask your salary after leaving company be ready for no response, if you push too hard, they will threaten to sue you. The founder Ishan M Dadhich have habit of even abusing employees in his premises. So if you have self respect, stay away please. Probably the worst start up....Read More
