Good Work Culture. Gives time and resource for upskilling.

The inexperienced staff lacks knowledge about the technology they are working on. Quadb focuses only on blockchain, which is disappointing for someone looking to pursue a career in Web2-based architecture.

Good work life balance, really good colleagues, no toxicity at all, fun to work and learn from each other.

Dislikes

I was notified one day before, not even one day as a whole, and I got to know that I'm not being offered a PPO and that my time at the company was over only when I called the HR. They say there was some glitch, but I feel its more of an ignorance from my HR.
