Nothing. It's a start-up. There are no set policies and things are done in a haphazard manner.

Dislikes

There is a shortage of funds as new works are not coming due to which salaries are delayed. Your dues are not cleared on time. Your reimbursement claims are not cleared. It's a stressful working environment.
