Job will not help you learn and grow. There is no appraisals or internal job posting. Thought it has some good quality associates, it does not support a good work environment. Does make you feel as a slave.

Worst place in Kolkata to work with. Been there for 2 years and gained nothing. Freshers can give it a try but career oriented people like me shouldn't even think about it. Entire management is corrupt. They will hold and cut ur salary for the tiniest of errors. Guys be aware.
