There is a job security. Work type is very simple and easy to understand. Company provides some good quality associates.

Easy career growth, A second home and the constant pursuit of knowledge which helps and allows each individual to grow their careers much faster and easier than in other industries. It is not unheard for a hard working agent to start at entry level, and move to a mid- level mangerial position within a few years. Working with Premium Customer IT Services is ultimately by far my pursuit to happiness.

The only thing a person will like abt this company will be the incentives . That's it. It's a horrible company the management is shitt, no job security.no extra allowance. Even they try there best to chop off your salary.

The management is the worst part here. There is literally no one who will listen to your problem and help you out. And during this lockdown period when the employee needed the financial support they are the firing anyone for any stupid reason. All the allowance are chopped off plus they are also cutting off our basic salary
