I'm extremely disappointed with the work culture at Petrocon Engineers & Consultants. Employees are forced to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, which is unsustainable and harmful to both physical and mental health. The lack of work-life balance is evident, and management shows little concern for employee well-being. This environment leads to burnout and low morale.
