Do not fall for the pros. It's just a messed up company. Do a little bit research on TDS Clinical. They have just renamed to Outcomes, which was owned and transferred to them by Cardinal Health. 1. NO JOB SECURITY. They'll just hire and fire. But need to say, they settle fair when they fired us(Not sure how does it works now). 2. Company has an amazing product in the US Healthcare. The best opportunity employees in India have is to work on core development of the Company and have lot of say in developing the product. The developers are given an opportunity to become full stack engineers. The HR team is amazing and they the trying to build and amazing work culture.

Dislikes

The Company hired lot of mediocre talent from services background as Cardinal health and those people never did any good work for the company and which put lot of pressure of good talent. Some of those people spread lot of negativity in the company. We even hired wrong leaders who did not do any work for the business and employees.

Outdated tech stack (Angular.js1, Spring MVC (xml config)), SOAP services. Micro management, Unrealistic expectations. No QA engineers, developers has to do everything. Less salary, No recognition, de-promoting. No employee benefits. After all this, if you decided to join the company, then good luck with your new job.

It was a great place with a good culture to work with when it was part of Cardinal Health. 2 years ago the company was great with a culture that encouraged discussions and ideas, now its just a dictatorship of the management.

the teams are just setup for failure. no proper guidance. the architect is incompetent, he is just a bully who dosent want to hear ideas. hasnt been able to define an architecture for the last 2years. the teams was much better before he joined. no technical roadmap. no product roadmap. no techincal guidance. even basic coding standards are not defined. no clear direction on cloud services. no stability in teams. no team structrue defined. your project will change every week. managers cant handle pressure and put it on the teams and ask you to change projects everyday. the technology is outdated. there is no QA career path. you will be asked to work as a QA but be evaluated as a developer and marked as under performer. hr policies dont consider the employees....Read More

The situation right now is messed up , might not be for the company as a whole but for the India team. People were let go,Ahemedhabad office was shut down, HR and management is forcing people to put down their papers for ‘performance reasons’ and the few good people who are there have started to leave.
