There is nothing to be liked in this company,they offer you with some time period for increment,and after that they will never keep there promise. Years and years will pass on , with no increment and next 3-4 month date will be given for you to handle that case .

Company many employees full of politics, ego and bad hearted, no appreciation. Only you will get here blaming for other bad works , HR is above the level of this Earth 🌎, she seems to be God for herself , full of ego and attitude, if u disagree on some things with her ,than be careful, u are about to lose ur job or she will terminate you within 7-8 days of notice. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
