Nothing at all, it is the worst place to work. So much dirty politics you have to face with favoritism and total lack of accountability. There is no hierarchy that they follow.

Dislikes

Everything, from work culture to people to process to lack of accountability and people lie about everything. They first hire and then fire people like anything. It is the trend that they follow. It is a nightmare to work there and ruin your career.

They keeps weekly meeting to ask how employee is doing but no solution for any problems so its a waste. Good for freshers who dont look for salary.

Dislikes

No job security. Salaries not paid on promised time and lame excuses from management. FNF will take minimum 60-90 days that they don't tell at first. The HR and finance management is irresponsible as they say "no money, when the money will come we give you salary".
